We want to make shopping at our site a pleasant one, but please notice that currently we only accept orders from the US and Canada, and all dollar amounts are in US dollars.
Here's how the whole process works for a credit card purchase. Read This if purchasing with personal check or money order.
You find great items and click on the "Add To Cart" button. A "cookie" on your computer stores the product information until you are finished shopping and click on the "Checkout" button.
All of your items will be listed with all pertinent information about each item. Here you have the opportunity to go back shopping, make changes your order, or proceed with the checkout process.
When you click on "Checkout" you will be connected to our secure servers using a secure connection where you will be asked for your billing, shipping, and credit card information as well as your phone number. We require the phone number so that we may call you to verify your purchase or to clarify your order. We will not give or sell
any of your information to anyone. Your order will not be processed until you click the "Place
Order" button.
When you click the "Place Order" button, your order will be processed. Your credit card will be verified using the latest fraud detection and account status verification systems. If everything is acceptable, your order will be forwarded to us at Wildlife Decor, and you will be sent an order verification e-mail, which will include an order number which you will use to check on the status of your order.
When Wildlife Decor receives your order, we will verify that your credit card status has been approved and may phone you to verify your shipping address or other order details. If everything is acceptable, we will begin packaging your items for shipment.
All items will usually ship within

to 3 weeks of when you click the "Place Order" button.
When your items are ready and shipped, we will
try to send you a tracking number from the shipper, and bill your credit card for the amount of your purchase.
When you receive your package or packages, please inspect all of the items and save the packing materials until you are satisfied with your purchase. If you have questions about returns feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help.
