Using the latest in computer aided design (CAD) techniques and the newest laser cutting technologies, we produce only the best quality products. The materials and workmanship are second to none and are produced in the USA.
All of the items are Powder Paint Coated for outstanding indoor/outdoor durability and long lasting textured beauty.
The process begins with a 5 foot by 10 foot sheet of 14 GA. (.080") thick steel which is loaded into a laser cutting machine. The machine uses a 2000 watt laser beam (2000 watts of energy focused onto a spot the size of the sharp point of a pin, melting and blowing a thin section of metal away) to cut the silhouettes out of the steel sheet, while holding a tolerance of ten thousandths of an inch (+ or - .005"). Just to compare, the paper used for a dollar bill is about four thousandths of an inch (.004") thick.
When the items are removed from the machines, they are sent to the Forming Machines where they are formed or bent if required, (Coat hooks, towel bars, paper products bars, etc... are bent) then any welding together of parts is done.
When they are ready, they are on their way to be Powder Paint Coated. The paint is in the form of a fine powder which is electrically charged so it will stick to the metal temporarily, and is sprayed on in a mist or cloud like any other paint. The items are sent into an oven which bakes the powder at 450 degrees, turning it into a molten film which fuses to the metal with a strong bond, curing and hardening to an extremely durable finish in your choice of 2 textured colors.

When the parts are cool, they are ready for assembly if required, then prepared for shipment to their proud new owners.
