How do I add to an order I just placed?
The easiest and safest way to add to an order is to simply place another order
for the items you want. We usually notice that the orders are from the same
person, and if they are placed within a couple of days of each other, we will
ship the two orders together, saving the shipping costs for you.
How do I change an order I just placed?
To change an order call us at 715-789-2077 (Please leave a message as we may be
out in the shop making products) or

us with the order number.
When will I receive my order?
Your order usually will ship within 2-3 weeks, sometimes sooner. After we
receive your order, we have to schedule it to be cut, cut it and do any welding
and bending required. We then take your order to our powder paint contractor on
Thursday morning to be returned to us the following Thursday afternoon. We
package on Thursday night and Friday morning, and the packages are handed to the
delivery companies Friday afternoon. The packages usually take 3-5 business days
to be delivered. If your order is placed after 10:00 AM on Wednesday, it will
not go to our painter until Thursday of next week, and will not return from them
until the Thursday after that.
Do you store my credit card information?
No. We actually never see your card number. All of the credit card processing is
done on secure servers at Authorize.net, PayPal or Google Checkout.
What are your colors really like?
Our black is a flat wrinkled texture powder paint that looks like black with
very fine highlights. The rust is slightly textured medium brown with very small
black spots,,, it looks like medium to light chocolate.
Can you make custom products?
Yes, we can make custom products and changes to our existing products. We
usually charge a design fee to cover the cost of our draftsman's time to make
the changes.
Do you make your own products or are they made in
another country?
We make all of our own products in our manufacturing plant located in Marinette,
Wisconsin, USA. Some small components that we buy, such as the toilet paper
spring bars may be made in another country, but we try to get as much as we can
from US manufacturers.

Should I get Amber or White Mica?
This is an individual choice, but it is good to know that amber mica does not
allow much light through, it simply gives an amber glow. It seems that it is
more for effect lighting. The white mica does allow much more light through and
will light a room nicely. We regularly receive amber mica lights back to
exchange for white mica lights.
Why don't you offer free shipping like some other
places?
We choose to keep our prices low and charge actual shipping to your destination.
Some other places mark up all of their products to cover the shipping costs,
then offer free shipping. We feel this approach penalizes everyone because the
more items you order, the more profit they make. It also will cost someone who
lives an hour drive from the shipper the same as someone who lives across the
country.
Why don't you sell to Canada or internationally?
Our web store is not well suited to taking international orders and does not
collect all of the duties, taxes and customs brokerage fees. These are to be
paid by the customer, and often the customer refuses to pay the fees, making us
liable for them. In the end, on an order for $20.00, the taxes, duties and other
fees can add up to $30 or more which we would end up having to pay. In the end,
we cannot pay people to buy our products if we would like to stay in business
very long, so we choose not to sell internationally.
